Artak Beglaryan Appointed to New Position
The former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, has been appointed as the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, having been relieved of his duties as the head of the presidential administration. This was announced by the spokesperson for the Artsakh President, Lusine Avanesyan.
It is noteworthy that the former State Minister, Grigori Martirosyan, had previously stated via a Facebook post that he would be stepping down from his role as the State Minister effective June 1.
