We Expect Actions from the Armenian Side: Aliyev Outlines What He Expects from Pashinyan

The hostile leader of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has announced that he is ready to establish trade relations with Yerevan, but that the two sides must recognize each other's borders.

Aliyev stated that Armenia must recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, and therefore he expects actions from the Armenian side. Regarding Artsakh's continued identification as Armenian, Aliyev mentioned that the Armenians living there are considered citizens of Azerbaijan.
