Iranologist Vardan Voskanyan reports: “Recently, I have seen the second article by a reputable Iranian analyst discussing the encroachments and rhetoric of the Baku dictator towards Syunik, which pose challenges from the perspective of Iran's interests. What is noteworthy, however, is that the Iranians seem to think more strategically about this issue, providing extensive commentary on the dangers stemming from Turkey. Essentially, they imply that the key to weakening Azerbaijan lies in Turkey, and therefore it is necessary to remove, metaphorically speaking, the 'conductor' orchestrating the noise from Ankara, after which the 'orchestra' of Baku will fall silent.”
