Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Republic, spoke on social media about his personal loyalty to Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to svpressa.ru, Kadyrov was displeased with the fact that some journalists regularly attempt to contrast his words with Putin's directives.

“When I say that I am Putin's rear guard, I say this in the truest sense of the word. Even if he were not president, for the sake of carrying out his orders, for the debt I owe him, I am ready to crawl thousands of kilometers in any direction and fulfill any command of any complexity,” Kadyrov stated in his post.

It is worth remembering that earlier, Putin remarked that, in his opinion, the introduction of mandatory vaccinations in the country is “not reasonable and should not be done.” Kadyrov had also suggested that those who refuse vaccinations should be treated last.
