Video: Woman Steals Man’s Phone and Flees in Sevan

On May 25, a man calling from the operational management center of the police in Yerevan reported that a girl had taken his mobile phone under the pretext of making a call and then fled in Sevan.

Officers from the Sevan Police Department immediately went to the scene after receiving the report and took a statement from the victim. After clarifying the girl's physical description, they initiated operational-search measures and identified the perpetrator as a 36-year-old resident of Sevan.

She was found and confessed at the police station. The stolen phone was also recovered. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
