I Plan to Create an Army in Ten Years that Restores the Map of Tigran the Great, It’s My Childhood Dream - Hovik Aghazaryan

After the famous events of the 90s, there are settlements that were Azerbaijani but have been on our land and vice versa. This situation is nearly symmetric. To resolve this issue, that symmetry must not be violated. This was stated by My Step faction MP Hovik Aghazaryan in a conversation with Tert.am, specifically addressing the villages of Tavush and Tigranashen.

When asked if for him the history also begins from the USSR, he was aware of villages in Tavush that are not Armenian, Aghazaryan said that for him, history begins from Tigran the Great: “I am planning to create such an army in ten years that will restore the map of Tigran the Great. This is my childhood dream,” he said, noting that this is the dream of all Armenians, but in the meantime, today’s issues must be addressed.
