Erdogan to Visit Azerbaijan in the Coming Weeks

Discussions are currently taking place at the level of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey on how to plan and implement restoration works in areas that have come under Azerbaijani control. According to Azerbaijani media, this was stated by Turkey's Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.

He noted that the initial focus would be on the restoration of cultural and architectural monuments. The Turkish minister announced that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is scheduled to visit Azerbaijan in the coming weeks, after which activities aimed at the restoration of Karabakh will be intensified.

It is worth recalling that Erdogan had previously stated that he would visit Shushi after the end of Ramadan.
