Photo: Mikayel Minasyan Reveals Document Set for Signature by Pashinyan and Aliyev

Mikayel Minasyan, the former ambassador of Armenia to the Holy See, has published a photograph of the statement that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is set to sign with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, he provided information about the document in a Facebook post. "The supreme liar has managed to get Aliyev to force him to confirm his agreement to the ultimatum in writing. And by allowing him to remain in the chair, we have deprived ourselves of choice. Here is the document I wrote about on Facebook. These are the first paragraphs of the first page of the document, which are currently being coordinated. There is also a classified part (not counting the verbal agreements between Nikol and Aliyev). Nikol has agreed to everything but has not yet signed. He has set three preconditions before signing for Aliyev: to withdraw Azerbaijani troops from Armenia, to return at least a few captives before the elections, and to render the transfer of six villages as indefinite as possible to secure his easy reelection.

Ara Aivazyan has refused to have any connection with this document, stating that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is against it. The only way to avoid this is to get rid of Nikol as soon as possible. As long as he is in power, this chaos will continue."
