After These Footages, The Defense Minister and Chief of Staff Should Commit Suicide: Movses Hakobyan

Footages have emerged online showing an incident between Azerbaijani forces and Armenian border guards, in which Azerbaijani soldiers are seen arguing with Armenians. Notably, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia had issued a statement regarding this incident, confirming that it had occurred but was settled.

In an interview with ArmLur.am, the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Movses Hakobyan, commented on the released footage, stating: "I believe that after this incident, especially after the video has spread across the entire internet, Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Chief of the General Staff Artak Davtyan should commit suicide. They should commit suicide for degrading the soldier to such an extent. According to military regulations and legal provisions governing the soldier's activities, a soldier is obligated to fire in response to any illegal actions, especially in cases of border violations."
