Azerbaijan Should Be Deprived of the Opportunity to Influence Diplomatic Processes: Abrahamyan
Azerbaijan should be deprived of the opportunity to influence diplomatic processes at a minimum in our territory; otherwise, time works in their favor, wrote Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the "Hayanket" analytical center, on his Facebook page.
In recent days, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has repeatedly "reminded" in its official statements that "the units of the Armenian Armed Forces fully control the situation, continuing to restrict Azerbaijani military personnel." If Azerbaijan can use its military presence in the territory of Armenia to dictate its own rules of the game—whether through concessions or by other means—then the MoD's statement does not change the overall situation.
