«We Are Now Helping to Regulate Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations» - Lavrov

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, has assessed positively Russia's work in the South Caucasus regarding the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This was stated by Sergey Lavrov during the 'New Knowledge' marathon, as reported by TASS.

“We are now helping to regulate Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the overall situation in the South Caucasus, where opportunities have been created (including thanks to our mediation) to open all economic and transport communications that have remained closed since the early 1990s due to the Karabakh conflict,” concluded the Russian Foreign Minister.
