Interethnic conflict expert Nairi Hokitkyan wrote on his Facebook page: "The rumors regarding the control of the Karmir Shuka road and other areas being handed over to Azerbaijan are false. Moreover, the residents of Karmir Shuka and Takhavard have managed to show a dignified stance and blocked the road, forbidding Azerbaijanis from passing if they continue their aggressive behavior while traversing that route.

As a result, Azerbaijanis promised to behave wisely, and the peacekeepers, in turn, promised to ensure the fulfillment of that promise.
