Car Moved to Protected Area Without Reason by Order of Deputy Head of Traffic Police: Atanesyan
Attorney Tigran Atanesyan reports: “This resembles an update on a daily news event, but considering that the issue affects many of our fellow citizens, I will continue: For the sixth consecutive day, the monkey government of Armenia has unlawfully kept Judge A. Azaryan’s car in impound. As we have managed to ascertain, the vehicle was moved to a specially protected area (ploshadka) based solely on a verbal order from one of the deputy heads of the traffic police, without any reason provided.
The inspectors who executed the actual seizure of the vehicle simply followed their superior's clearly unlawful command. After the move, in order to give a legal appearance to all this, they concocted the absurd story about a 'modified muffler.' As I have already mentioned, this is certainly not the case, but even if it were modified, moving the vehicle to a specially protected area is not permitted by law.
The 'brilliant' new idea of the traffic police is to transfer the car to a BMW service in a week to supposedly check the issue of the muffler modification. It is probably pointless to describe the bouquet of violations and crimes they have collected—excuse my expression—due to this incident. The author of all this should be taken to some auto service point for a computer 'brain diagnosis.'
