Sargsyan: According to my information, Pashinyan finally spoke with Biden's advisor about the importance of the 907th amendment

International relations expert Suren Sargsyan writes: “Yesterday morning, I informed that there was an expected high-level phone conversation between Armenia and the United States. This was regarding the Sullivan-Pashinyan call. The call took place yesterday evening. Biden's National Security Advisor had a phone conversation with Pashinyan and Aliyev.

“Sullivan expressed concern about the recent tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan and emphasized that military movements near the undefined borders are irresponsible and provocative. He welcomed ongoing communication between the two sides and both leaders' commitment to resolving the issue peacefully. Additionally, he stressed the importance of conducting official discussions to delineate their international border.” This is the official part from the American side:

1. There is direct communication between the parties.
2. The U.S. is no longer using the disputed terms.
3. According to my information, Pashinyan finally talked about the 907th amendment, which I have repeatedly mentioned the importance of.
4. Pashinyan also expressed gratitude for Biden's recognition of the genocide, which I have often written about as necessary.
5. It is noteworthy that during the call, Sullivan characterized Azerbaijan's actions as provocative, rather than Pashinyan.”
