People Remain Stuck in the Old Days, Says Hovsepyan

Independent MP Sophia Hovsepyan wrote on her Facebook page: "You know what is frightening? There are people whose plasticity does not change and they are stuck under the term 'the former ones'. For example, I speak about the equipping of positions in Syunik and Vardenis, and they say this should have been done 27 years ago, not in these three years. Oh, you sinners, that part became a border after November 9, what could have been done 27 years ago? Change that plasticity, there are cases that do not match and meaningless rattling is heard," she wrote.
