Azerbaijan Is Stalling, Occupying Favorable Positions, Strengthening: Abrahamyan

According to Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the 'Hanaket' analytical center, Azerbaijan is stalling for time and is fortifying its positions. He made the comments in a post on his Facebook page.

‘In my impression, Azerbaijan is buying time, establishing itself in favorable positions, and strengthening itself. Time is working against us, and the longer the solutions are delayed, the less likely it is that Azerbaijan will return to its previous positions,’ Abrahamyan stated.
