To Make the Degree of Danger Perceptible for Certain Animals: Arshavir Gharamyan Publishes Photos

Former Director of the NSS of Artsakh and former Secretary of the Security Council Arshavir Gharamyan writes:

“Great Ishkhanasar, the mountain peak on the Syunik plateau. It is the highest peak of the Ishkhanasar mountain range (3549 m). In order for the degree of danger to be perceptible for certain animals, the visibility from various points in the mountain range is depicted with a 10 km radius (green areas). When using technical means (optical-electronic surveillance and fire control), it will become several dozens of kilometers.”
