Azerbaijani Forces Withdraw to Initial Positions Near Black Lake

Azerbaijani armed units, which advanced to the area known as Black Lake in Syunik on Wednesday morning, have withdrawn to their initial positions following negotiations. This was reported to 24News by sources in Syunik.

“After several hours of negotiations, the Azerbaijanis have pulled back to their positions, and the tension has eased at this moment. I want to emphasize that until the arrival of the Russian forces, the Armenian armed units acted very operatively, skillfully, and bravely, which resulted in the enemy's standstill. Currently, Russian soldiers are in Goriss, and it seems that Muradov is also expected to arrive,” the interlocutor noted.
