Despite Aliyev's Claims, Independent Artsakh Already Exists: Artak Beglaryan

Artak Beglaryan, the head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, responded to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's statement that an independent Artsakh cannot exist within Azerbaijan's territory. In his Twitter microblog, Beglaryan stated:

“Despite Aliyev’s claims that ‘an independent Artsakh cannot exist in the territory of Azerbaijan’, I would like to remind him that: A) Artsakh is not part of Azerbaijani territory. B) An independent Artsakh already exists. C) Discussions should only take place regarding the recognition of our rights in our homeland and the acknowledgment of this reality.”
