Sargsyan Does Not Support and Does Not Intend to Support Any Political Power, Presidential Office
The public relations department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement, which is presented below:
“Recently, information has been circulating on social media, various news websites, and Telegram channels, claiming that President Armen Sargsyan allegedly pursues political goals, sponsors certain forces, and calls for a boycott of elections.
The public relations department of the President's office states that all these pieces of information are false and do not reflect reality.
The views, thoughts, words, or speeches of President Armen Sargsyan are exclusively presented on the official pages of the President. It has been repeatedly stated that the President of the Republic adheres to national and public interests.
The President, while carrying out his functions solely within the powers granted to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, cannot engage in, does not engage in, and has no intention to engage in politics, is not a member of any political party, and does not represent or endorse any political power.
The President does not support and does not intend to support or endorse any political force.”
