Peacekeeping contingent returns to Armenia from Lebanon

In recent months, Armenian servicemen who conducted a peacekeeping mission in Lebanon, led by the commander of the contingent, Major Karen Vardanyan, have returned to Armenia. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense.

At the airport, the peacekeepers were welcomed and thanked for their excellent service by the deputy commander of the unit, Colonel A. Avdalyan.

Upon their return to the homeland, the peacekeepers visited the "Yerablur" military pantheon to pay their respects to the fallen servicemen during combat operations.
