OSCE President Welcomes Decision to Release Armenian Detainees

I welcome Azerbaijan's decision to release Armenian 'investigators'. This was stated by OSCE President Ann Linde in a post on Twitter, expressing support for Azerbaijan's release of Armenian detainees.

'I urge both parties to rapidly complete the exchange of all remains and detainees, as mandated by international humanitarian law,' Linde wrote.

She also expressed full support for the co-chairs of the Minsk Group and urged the parties to resume political processes as soon as possible.
