Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Sergey Shoigu Have Had a Phone Conversation
On April 24, Armenian Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan had a phone conversation with Russian Minister of Defense, Army General Sergey Shoigu.
The heads of the defense ministries of the two countries discussed the ongoing peacekeeping mission of the Russian contingent stationed in Artsakh, the main directions of extensive reforms initiated in the Armenian Armed Forces, as well as the joint operations of the Armenian-Russian unified military group and upcoming plans. Regional issues were also addressed.
