No Other Format Discussed for resolving Artsakh Conflict Besides OSCE Minsk Group, Says Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts

Regarding the resolution of the Artsakh issue, we are not discussing any other format besides the OSCE Minsk Group and its co-chairmanship, Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts stated in a conversation with journalists at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

He also mentioned that work is underway with the Minsk Group. “I want to believe that they will soon become visible,” Adonts said.

Currently, there is no dialogue between Armenia and Turkey; relations are at a zero level, the Deputy Foreign Minister stated during the press briefing at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

He emphasized that Yerevan's position remains the same: we are ready to start the process of normalizing relations with Turkey without any preconditions.

According to Adonts, the preconditions are presented only by the Turkish side. There are two main preconditions that relate to the Artsakh conflict and the Genocide.
