Russia Transfers Military Units from North Caucasus to Crimea
The press service of the Southern Military District has informed Kommersant that formations of the 58th Combined Arms Army from the North Caucasus have been relocated to Crimea to conduct live-fire training at the Opuk Range.
During the exercises, the objective was to assess the practical skills of operators using the Fagot and Chrysanthemum anti-tank guided missile systems. Notably, unconventional approaches were utilized in the formation of tactical groups.
It is reported that the drills were conducted under the leadership of Alexander Dvornikov, commander of the Southern Military District.
