Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run in Lori Province

A fatal hit-and-run incident occurred today in Lori Province. At approximately 11:30 AM, a 36-year-old resident of Vanadzor, Karen Kocinyan, struck an 81-year-old pedestrian, Rima Tsaturyan, while driving a KAMAZ 53212 vehicle on the central area of Gortsaranayin Street in Vanadzor.

According to reports from shamshyan.com, the driver did not flee the scene and called the Vanadzor Medical Center. Arriving doctors confirmed R. Tsaturyan’s death. By order of the investigator, the vehicle has been moved to a designated area at the Taroni Division of the Police.
