8 People Die in France After Receiving AstraZeneca Vaccine

In France, 8 people have died due to thrombosis following vaccination with the AstraZeneca vaccine. According to a report by Izvestia, this information has been provided by the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines.

It was noted that during the period from April 2 to 8, nine new cases of thrombosis were identified. In total, since the launch of the vaccination campaign against the coronavirus, there have been 23 reported cases of thrombosis in the country, of which eight were fatal.

Earlier, on April 15, it became known that Denmark had become the first European country to ban the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine for all groups of the population.
