Ford Mustang and Route 72 Serving GAZelle Collide in Yerevan, Injuries Reported
A traffic accident occurred today in Yerevan. Around 19:50, on the road from Gurgen Mahari Street in the Vardashen district to Mushavan (commonly known as Shorboulakh), a Ford Mustang driven by 28-year-old Armen Hambardzumyan collided with a passenger GAZelle vehicle servicing route 72, driven by 66-year-old Gurgen Grigoryan, under still unknown circumstances.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the collision, the GAZelle overturned. Authorities are preparing materials related to the incident. Both drivers underwent sobriety tests and were found to be sober. An ambulance was called to the scene for the GAZelle driver, as his condition had deteriorated. The Ford Mustang was found approximately 200 meters from the collision site, with its front tire broken as a result of the crash.
Fortunately, a passenger in the GAZelle was unharmed.
