Mix of Snow and Rain Expected in Some Parts of Yerevan, Significant Cold Snap in Armenia: Weather Forecast

According to meteorologists' forecasts, in several parts of the republic, air temperatures will drop below zero. Today and tomorrow, some regions of Armenia are expected to see precipitation during the day, with a possibility of thunderstorms on the 27th across many areas. This information is provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

In some regions, wind gusts may reach 15-20 m/s. "Air temperatures will gradually decrease by 10-12 degrees between March 25-28," the statement said.

In Yerevan, on March 25, intermittent rain is expected, with a likelihood of thunderstorms. Precipitation is anticipated on the evening of the 26th and on the 27th, in the form of a mix of snow and rain in high-altitude areas. Today, daytime temperatures in the capital will fluctuate between +10 and +12 degrees Celsius, while at night, they will drop to between +1 and +3 degrees.
