Dumanyan Confident That Administrative Resources Will Not Be Used in Snap Elections
The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Vahram Dumanyan, addressed the likelihood of the government using administrative leverage in the snap elections during a press briefing with journalists in parliament.
“If you are asking for my opinion, there will be no such thing. I do not intend to comment on statements made by random individuals,” the minister stated.
Referring to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the Aragatsotn region, where schoolchildren participated in meetings, the minister emphasized that they had no connection to the presence of schoolchildren there. “There is no such agenda; people are free, no one has forced or will force anyone’s will or choice of presence,” Dumanyan said.
