Road Closures Across Armenia

Roads are closed in the Aragatsotn region from the "Amberd" mountain meteorological station to the Amberd fortress and towards the Kar lake.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed only for trucks with trailers.

There is black ice in places on the Goris-Kapan-Shurnukh highway and in the section known as Sisian-"Zanger".

In the Shirak region, snow is falling in the Artik and Amasia areas, while in Kotayk region, snow can be seen in the cities of Hrazdan and Charentsavan. Snow is also reported in Spitak, Lori region.

The Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles. On the Russian side, there are about 460 trucks stuck in traffic.
