Tiran Khachatryan Retained by Minister Vagarshak Harutyunyan's Order at the Disposal of the Ministry of Defense

By the order of the Minister of Defense Vagarshak Harutyunyan, former Deputy Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Lieutenant General Tiran Khachatryan has been retained at the disposal of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
