That family has not used a single dram, and every month, the pension has been deposited into the card, accumulating without being used. I called and asked why they haven’t utilized it. They replied, ‘Karen, we were planning to return the card in December, we know how you provide it, a philanthropist has donated a beehive and sheep to our family. We thought we no longer need the money from that card, let it serve another family because you target it specifically...’
