Surenyans Urges Not to Plant Outdoors Due to Negative Temperatures Expected on March 28-29
The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment of Armenia, Gagik Surenyans, reports: "Dear farmers, considering the forecasted negative temperatures during nighttime hours in the valley regions of the republic on March 28-29, we urge you not to carry out outdoor planting."
