Fire in Dimитrov Village: 400 kg of Carrots Burned

At 02:53 AM on March 18, a call was received at the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, reporting a truck on fire on the Artashat Highway in Yerevan.

Two fire-rescue squads from the Fire and Rescue Department of Yerevan and one combat team from the regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire broke out in Dimитrov village of the Ararat region. The fire was contained by 03:16 AM and extinguished by 03:36 AM. Six tires on the trailer of a 'DAF' brand truck (driven by N.H.) were burned, and approximately 400 kg of carrots were charred.
