Aliyev Lays Foundation for Fuzuli-Khadrut Highway in Nagorno-Karabakh
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, along with First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and their daughter Leyla, visited the Fuzuli (Varanda) and Khojavend (Martuni) regions of Nagorno-Karabakh on March 15.
According to minval.az, during the visit, Aliyev laid the foundation for the construction of the Fuzuli-Khadrut highway. Furthermore, it was noted that Ilham Aliyev raised the Azerbaijani flag in Khadrut.
