Commander's Call to Police in the Middle of the Night: Ruben Melikyan

Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The video regarding issues with one of our new positions in Kapan has been viewed by many today. I would like to inform you that the commander of the outpost, volunteer Artak Harutyunyan, has been summoned to the Military Police in the middle of the night. We are going together now. It is unclear why he has been summoned, especially since, according to our information, the issues have already been partially resolved through the efforts of local self-government bodies as a result of raising these concerns.”
