Teenage Fight in Gavar Ends in Stabbing

On March 3, a report was received by the Gavar police department from the hospital, indicating that a teenager born in 2004 was admitted with "penetrating stab wounds to the chest, hemorrhagic traumatic shock, pneumothorax."

As a result of operational-search measures taken by the Gavar branch of the Gegharkunik regional police, it was established that the teenager was stabbed by another teenager born in 2005 during a conflict on Buniyatian Street in Gavar.

The latter voluntarily presented himself to the Gavar police department, from where he was referred to the investigative body. Efforts are being made to locate the knife used in the crime, and examinations have been appointed. An investigation is ongoing.
