“Levon will return when his treatment changes.” Serzh Sargsyan on Levon Aronian's departure

Levon has answered all questions. This was announced by Serzh Sargsyan, responding to a question about where we fell short that Levon Aronian decided to leave Armenia.

The third president also stated in response to a relevant question that he did not at all encourage his decision. "I even offered him the opportunity to create a setting for support to be provided by chess lovers in Armenia; he said that the problem is not with support," Sargsyan said.

Sargsyan also stated that Levon will return when his treatment changes and chess is honored in Armenia as it once was.
