A tense situation unfolded moments ago at Republic Square. Parents of missing and captured soldiers blocked the road following a meeting with Arsen Torosyan.
According to them, Torosyan told the parents to be content with the fact that they have brought back five captives. Later, Torosyan mentioned on his Facebook page that his words were misinterpreted and misunderstood.
