Facebook user Tigran Vardanyan has published a video, accompanying it with the comment: "Do you want proof that Shushi has been surrendered? Here you go! The black 'spots' visible in the video are Azerbaijanis. Both the capitulator and the puppet of Artsakh were aware of this in advance. They knew and did nothing. In fact, they did quite well—they issued a retreat order so that Azerbaijanis could enter Shushi peacefully, and Shushi was surrendered on November 5."

It is noteworthy that Auroranews has tried to obtain clarification from the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces regarding the video, but has so far been unable to establish contact with employees.
