Referring to the war and its consequences, Anahit Avanesyan highlighted, "The Armenian side has organized proper medical care and return of the enemy prisoners during and after the war. However, there are still citizens of the Republic of Armenia in captivity today, and in this regard, we expect pressure from international institutions to organize their return as soon as possible."
The guests also presented the prospects for implementing the "Human Rights in Biomedicine" program in Armenia and expressed their readiness to respond to the needs presented by the ministry. The parties discussed the opportunity for Armenia to be the first country to implement such a program.
