Are They Going to Surrender Hadrut? Azerbaijanis Ruthlessly Destroying and Burning Houses, Mass Pillaging

Reports from Artsakh indicate that Azerbaijanis have been ruthlessly committing atrocities in Hadrut, destroying and burning homes, and engaging in mass looting. Locals explain this as an attempt by Azerbaijan to loot the area before it is handed over to Russian control.

Yesterday, David Galstyan, a member of the Artsakh parliament and an ally of Vitaly Balasanyan, mentioned that he has also heard conversations about the burning and destruction of houses in Hadrut, but he could not say for what purpose these actions are being carried out.

“We do not know whether there are any conditions for handing it over to the Russians or not, since even today, our foreign policy is managed by the authorities who signed the humiliating capitulation document. We are also trying to understand what they are thinking regarding Artsakh,” he said.
