Putin Highlights Achievements in Artsakh and Issues Call to Action
The statement signed by the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan regarding Nagorno-Karabakh is being steadily implemented. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the "Davos Week."
Putin recalled that Russia has made active mediation efforts to halt the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. "We managed to stop the bloodshed, and that is the most important thing," he said, emphasizing the complete cessation of hostilities and the initiation of stabilization processes.
"Now, the international community has the task of assisting the affected regions to address humanitarian issues related to the return of refugees, the restoration of destroyed infrastructure, and the preservation and restoration of historical, religious, and cultural monuments," he added.
