Unique Natural Phenomenon: Rotating Circle on the River
A rotating circle has formed on the surface of the river near Brest. This type of natural phenomenon occurs very rarely and is created on the surface of slow-flowing rivers when water layers of different temperatures interact.
The water performs spiral rotations and rotates the detached ice layer. Its edges are polished, taking on the appearance of an ideal circle.
