Praise God, Jalal Harutyunyan Looked Quite Well, Only His Hands Were Bandaged: Vahram Poghosyan

“Regarding Jalal Harutyunyan's health condition, I believe all the problems are in the past,” Vahram Poghosyan, the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, said today in an interview with 168.am when asked if he was aware of the health status of the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Jalal Harutyunyan.

Vahram Poghosyan stated that he last saw Jalal Harutyunyan on January 4, when the former commander met with the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.

“Praise God, Jalal Harutyunyan looked quite well; only his hands were bandaged,” Vahram Poghosyan noted, adding that Jalal Harutyunyan's recovery process is ongoing.
