Armenia's Human Rights Defender has presented several examples regarding the deep-rooted nature of anti-Armenianism and hostility in Azerbaijan on their Facebook page:

“Additional evidence regarding the deep-rooted nature of anti-Armenianism and hostility in Azerbaijan. This time, quotes from actual users on Azerbaijani social media:

  1. “Both Armenian women and children must be killed,” - member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association.
  2. “I don't feel sorry for an Armenian child. The best Armenian is a dead Armenian.”
  3. “The remaining Armenians should be killed. Torture them before killing.”
  4. “I want to see Armenians who have been stripped and raped.”
  5. “Scum Armenians must be killed and vanish from this planet, and all those associated with them should be killed in the same way.”
  6. “There should be no place left for Armenians in this world. I hate them. All shameless Armenians must be killed.”
  7. “I’ve simply fallen in love with Ilham Aliyev’s words, that we are driving them out like dogs.”
  8. “No living Armenian should remain in Artsakh.”
  9. In a report regarding the inquiries posed by a parent to their children: - Who is our enemy? - Armenia. - What do we feel towards them? - Hatred. - Raise your hands and repeat: we will drive you out of Artsakh like dogs - We will drive you out of Artsakh like dogs.”
  10. With an image of a decapitated Armenian soldier on the Turkish-Azerbaijani specially opened channel on the Telegram social network, mocking questions about how users feel when seeing a decapitated Armenian.
  11. And other manifestations of hostility.

The main question here is that the same phrases are used in the mentioned posts, just as they are by the bodies of Azerbaijani authorities and cultural figures. Moreover, both Azerbaijani and Turkish sources are present in these posts. The same phrases are also used by Azerbaijani soldiers in videos showing the torture and inhuman treatment of Armenians.

Details are reflected in the joint urgent report of the Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh, prepared based on the monitoring results from the war in September-November 2020.”
