The 8th point of the November 9 statement clearly states that captives, hostages, and other individuals held there must be returned, and we will be persistent in fulfilling this condition. This is a trilateral statement, and the Russian Federation, as a party to the trilateral statement, fully supports our position,” said the Prime Minister.
