Marutyan, as always, is on vacation, despite the entire city being in a state of emergency due to snow: Vardanyan

Tehmine Vardanyan, a member of Yerevan's council from the "Lus" faction, wrote on her Facebook page: "Of course, it would be logical to blame Marutyan under the complete absence of snow removal. But the man is, as always, on vacation; we must respect that. It doesn’t matter that the city has acquired snow removal vehicles through apparent corrupt practices for both streets and sidewalks, nor does it matter that the entire city is under severe ice and snow conditions. What matters is glory to Kargyn Hayk."
