Ishkhan Saghatelyan Discusses Post-War Situation with Fellow Party Members in Artsakh

During a visit to Artsakh, we met today with David Ishkhanyan, a representative of the Central Committee of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) in Artsakh, along with members of the Central Committee, together with my colleague Hakob Matilyan. This was reported by Ishkhan Saghatelyan, coordinator of the "Homeland Salvation Movement" and a representative of the ARF Supreme Body, on his Facebook page.

The members of the ARF Artsakh organization presented the current post-war situation in Artsakh, as well as the primary problems and challenges faced by the Armenian population of Artsakh. We discussed ways to develop and implement joint programs. During the meeting, we particularly emphasized the importance of concentrating the pan-Armenian potential in Artsakh.
